ROMP & STOMP for ASSP 

Annual Family Snowshoe Fundraiser

Join us Sunday February 16, 2025 for our 2nd Annual Romp & Stomp for ASSP, snowshoe fundraiser! Participants can look forward to joining the festive, family-friendly fun on the groomed 3km loop on Sun Peaks snowshoe trails. 

LOCATION: Sun Peaks Resort, P5 Nordic/Snowshoe Area/Umbrella Cafe

REGISTRATION: Follow this easy 2 Step Process:

STEP 1 – Free Entry to Walk

1. To register for this event participants are required to hold a CADS (Canadian Adaptive Snowsports) membership for this CADS sanctioned event. 

Please register your participation through the CADS Registration Portal. If you already have a CADS membership, participation is FREE.  For those participants without a CADS membership, you can register through the portal at no cost to you via a one day pass bursary.

STEP 2 – Optional Fundraising Page

2. Once registered through the CADS portal, click on the link below to create a fundaising page through our host Canada Helps:

 Romp & Stomp Event Registration & Fundraising Page and set up your fundraising page to share with family, friends and supporters! Start fundraising today!

EVENT DAY DETAILS:

Sunday February 16th 2025

9:00 am – Sign-in, bib pick-up, and check-in at the domed tent adjacent to the Umbrella Cafe at P5 (near the East Village Centre, formerly the Nordic Centre).

9:45 am – Welcome & Warm-up

10:00 am – Snowshoe Walk Begins 

12:00 pm – Snowshoe Walk Ends

12:30 pm– Draw Prizes & Hot Chocolate at the Finish Line

Snowshoe Rentals: Snowshoes are required for participation. If you don’t have snowshoes you can rent them at the Activities Sales Desk located in the Village Day Lodge. For more details click HERE.
